摘要
医药产业市场竞争激烈,对技术创新要求较高,但研发成果能否投入生产以及投入生产收益的不确定性,导致企业筹资风险高于一般企业,中小型医药类创新型企业筹资风险更是高于医药产业中的大型企业。本研究采用问卷调查等方法,获取中小型医药类创新型企业的部分财务数据,对其筹资风险进行识别,构建适合于中小型医药类创新企业筹资风险衡量模型,并利用此模型对其筹资风险进行检验,为中小型医药类创新型企业提供筹资风险防范的对策。
The competition of pharmaceutical industry is fierce, and the demand for technological innovation is high. However, whether R&D results can be put into production and the great uncertainty of input production income lead to higher financing risk in those enterprises than that in the general enterprises, and higher financing risk in small-and-medium-sized pharmaceutical innovative enterprises than that in in large enterprises in pharmaceutical industry. Based on this, this paper adopts questionnaire survey and other methods to obtain some financial data of small-and-medium-sized pharmaceutical innovative enterprises needed by the research institute, identifies their financing risk, constructs a financing risk measurement model suitable for small-and-medium-sized pharmaceutical innovative enterprises, and uses this model to test the financing risk of small-and-medium-sized pharmaceutical innovative enterprises. The main purpose is to provide the identification method of financing risk and the countermeasures to strengthen the prevention of financing risk for the small-and-medium-sized pharmaceutical innovative enterprises.
