早期下床活动对心脏永久起搏器植入术后患者电极性能的影响 被引量:19

Effects of Early Ambulation on the Electrode Performance after Pacemaker Implantation:A Clinical Study

摘要 目的探讨心脏永久起搏器植入术后患者早期3 h下床活动对电极性能的影响。方法便利抽样选取2017年3月至2018年3月在兰州大学第一医院接受单或双腔起搏器植入术后患者226例患者,均使用双极主动螺旋电极,按随机奇偶数分为观察组107例与对照组 119例,观察组术后3 h下床活动,对照组术后24 h下床活动。比较两组患者术毕、出院前以及出院后1、3、6个月随访时平静状态下测定的起搏器电极参数。结果两组患者各时间点在A和V波振幅、起搏阈值、电极阻抗等方面的差异均无统计学意义(均 P >0.05)。结论与心脏起搏器植入术后患者24 h下床活动相比较,在无并发症的情况下早期3 h下床活动并不影响起搏器植入后的电极性能,具有良好的临床安全性。 Objective To investigate the effects of early ambulation (three hours after the implantation surgery) on the electrode performance. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,226 patients with single or dual chamber pacemaker implantation were selected by convenience sampling method.All patients were divided into observation group (107 cases) and control group (119 cases) by random number,the observation group got out of bed 3 hours after operation and the control group got out of bed 24 hours after operation.The parameters of pacemaker electrodes were compared between the two groups after operation,before discharge and during follow-up of 1,3 and 6 months after discharge. Results There were no significant differences in A,V wave amplitude,pacing threshold and electrode impedance between the two groups at each time point ( P >0.05). Conclusions Compared with the mobilization after twenty-four hours,the mobilization three hours after pacemaker implantation does not affect the electrode performance,therefore early activities are safe and feasible.
