摘要
工业4.0是利用物联信息系统(Cyber-Physical System,简称CPS)将产品制造中的需求分析、生产制造、销售服务信息数据化,以数据流作为体系的根基贯穿于整个流程和整个产品的生命周期。构建TPO防水卷材生产企业的智能制造体系的关键技术在于从信息采集、产品设计、生产规划、生产执行和安装引导等方面的数据化着手,寻找TPO防水卷材生产企业的转型升级道路。
Industry 4.0 uses the cyber-physical system(CPS)to digitize demand analysis, manufacturing and sales service information in product manufacturing, and the data flow as the foundation of the system runs through the entire process and life cycle of the entire product. The key technology for constructing intelligent manufacturing system of TPO waterproofing membrane production enterprises is to find the transformation and upgrading road by starting from the data collection,product design, production planning, production execution and installation guidance.
