摘要
目的比较腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取桑植县人民医院2016年4月-2017年10月收治的子宫肌瘤患者130例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组患者采取传统开腹手术治疗,观察组患者采取腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除手术治疗。比较两组患者手术情况(手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间),并观察两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统开腹手术相比,腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果较好,可缩短手术时间及住院时间,且安全性较高。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional open surgery for uterine leiomyoma.Methods A total of 130 patients with uterine leiomyoma were selected from April 2016 to October 2017 in Sangzhi People’s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,65 cases in each group.The control group were treated with traditional open surgery,the observation group were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The operation time,bleeding volume during the operation,anal exhaust time after operation and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups,and the complications were observed.Results The the observation group of the operation time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than control group,the bleeding lolume during the operation was less than control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic myomectomy has better clinical effect,it can short operation time and hospitalization time,and with high safety.
