摘要
该文分析了与科研实验室相比教学实验室在面向学生开放中的优势,指出了高校生物教学实验室开放后可能会出现安全隐患增加、运行经费紧张、管理难度加大和实验队伍不适应等问题,并就这些问题从健全制度、改善实验室条件、加强实验队伍建设等方面提出了相应的管理措施与应对策略。
This paper analyses the advantages of teaching laboratories in opening up to students compared with scientific research laboratories, points out that there may be problems such as increased safety risks, tight operating funds, increased difficulty in management and inadaptability of laboratory team after opening biology teaching laboratories, and puts forward some management measures and suggestions on improving the system and laboratory conditions, strengthening the construction of laboratory team, etc.
