摘要
石羊河流域是我国西北地区水资源供需矛盾最为突出的地区之一。总结了石羊河流域落实最严格水资源管理制度的主要做法和成功经验,提出了进一步完善最严格水资源管理的建议,为石羊河流域后续治理及西北内陆河流域水资源管理提供参考。
The Shiyang River Basin is one of most water stress areas in northeast China. Successful practices of the Shiyang River Basin for implementing stringent water resources management system are systematically reviewed and summarized, so that it may provide a base for further restoration of the Shiyang River Basin and other inland river basins in the northeast China. Suggestions are made for improvement of management system in the basin.
