摘要
目的:探讨对高血压并高尿酸血症和左心室肥厚患者在使用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的同时加用厄贝沙坦治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院内科门诊2016年1月至2017年12月诊治高血压并高尿酸血症和左心室肥厚患者计90例,随机分为苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗对照组(n=45)与联合使用厄贝沙坦治疗实验组(n=45),对比疗效。结果:实验组血压以及血尿酸水平低于对照组,P<0.05,心室参数LVEDD、IVST、LVPWT、LVMI水平低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:采用苯磺酸氨氯地联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压并高尿酸血症和左心室肥厚可有效降低血压与尿酸水平,且能够改善左心室肥厚程度,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension with hyperuricemia and left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:90 patients with hypertension,hyperuricemia and left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly divided into amlodipine besylate treatment group(n=45)and irbesartan treatment group(n=45)from January 2016 to December 2017.Result:Blood pressure and serum uric acid levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and ventricular parameters such as LVEDD,IVST,LVPWT and LVMI were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension with hyperuricemia and left ventricular hypertrophy can effectively reduce blood pressure and uric acid levels,and can improve the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy,which is worthy of promotion.
