摘要
目的:探究将多功能带锁髓内钉和钢板置入内固定修复方案应用于关节外胫骨创伤性骨折治疗中的效果。方法:选择本院收治50例关节外胫骨创伤性患者,对照组与实验组各25例。对照组采用钢板置入内固定,实验组应用多功能带锁髓内钉。对比两组的临床效果。结果:对照组的恢复优良率低于实验组,差异显著。结论:对于关节外胫骨创伤性的患者,应用多功能带锁髓内钉进行治疗,效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of multifunctional interlocking intramedullary nail and plate implantation in the treatment of traumatic tibial fracture outside the joint,and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods:We selected 50 patients with traumatic extra-articular tibial trauma in our hospital,25 in the control group and the experimental group.The control group was placed in the internal fixation with a steel plate,and the experimental group was treated with a multi-functional inter locking intramedullary nail.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The recovery rate of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group.The blood loss,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:For patients with traumatic extra-articular tibial trauma,the use of multifunctional interlocking intramedullary nails for treatment is effective.
