摘要
目的:探究将集束化护理模式应用于重症监护室肺部感染患者的效果。方法:将我院重症监护室收诊的80例肺部感染患者按照时间顺序分为对照组和研究组,分别采用常规护理和集束化护理模式。比较两组干预前后的负面情感评分、营养状态及生存质量。结果:研究组干预后的SAS和SDS评分较对照组低,营养状况较对照组优,生活质量各维度评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:基于集束化理念为导向的干预措施应用于重症监护室肺部感染患者,可减轻其负面心理,且能改善营养状况和提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing on pulmonary infection in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:80 patients with pulmonary infection were divided into control group and study group.Compare negative emotions,nutritional status and quality of life.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the nutritional status was better than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing in patients with pulmonary infection in intensive care unit can reduce the negative psychology,improve the nutritional status and improve the quality of life.
