摘要
进入21世纪,国家重视人才教育,民办高校应运而生。近年来随着社会经济结构和社会生产力发展的变化,文化艺术产业已经成为当前经济社会发展中不可忽视的重要力量。对民办高校艺术类学生的就业现状和就业观进行简单研究,并对如何促进民办高校艺术类学生就业提出看法。
In the new century,the state attaches importance to talent education,private colleges and universities emerged as the times require.In recent years, with the changes in the socio-economic structure and the development of social productive forces,the cultural and art industry has become an important force that cannot be ignored in the current economic and social development.This paper will conduct a simple study on the employment status and employment concept of art students in private colleges and universities,and put forward opinions on how to promote the employment of art students in private universities.
