摘要
角隅撑可有效提高结构的整体刚度和承载能力,其应用于钢框架结构的加固与修复的研究成果可为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。文章采用PKPM分析设计软件,对某钢框架结构机械厂房进行了角隅撑加固设计,并用ABAQUS有限元件进行了局部节点域的分析。结果表明:加固后结构的整体刚度和承载能力都得到提高,梁柱铰接和刚接时的框架节点区域中的应力分别减小了12.2%和13.4%,位移分别减小了6.89%和13%;梁柱铰接节点和刚接节点的屈服过程基本相同,承载能力相差不大,最大应力出现在角隅撑外侧主梁翼缘处,破坏模式均表现为梁先出现屈服。
The gusset bracing can effectively improve the overall rigidity and load carrying capacity of the structure, and the study on its application to the reinforcement and repair of steel frame structures can provide reference for similar projects.In this paper, PKPM analysis design software is used to design a steel frame structure mechanical workshop in Laizhou, and the local node domain analysis is carried out with ABAQUS finite element software.The results show that the overall stiffness of the reinforced structure is improved. The stress in the frame joint region of the beam-column joint and the joint is reduced by 12.2% and 13.4%, respectively, and the displacement is reduced by 6.89% and 13%, respectively. The yielding process of the joint and the jointed joint is basically the same, the bearing capacity is not much different, and the maximum stress appears at the outer main beam flange of the corner gusset. The failure mode is expressed as the first yield of the beam.
