摘要
智慧警务是全球警务发展的新趋势,美国智慧警务倡议着重突出了警务研究伙伴关系的重要性。通过对美国智慧警务倡议建立前后警务研究伙伴关系的发展及特点的研究,我国智慧警务也应重视警务研究伙伴关系的建立,并在区域性与全局性推广思路相结合、鼓励警务研究伙伴关系的良性发展、合理利用高素质警务学术人员等方面采取措施。
Smart Policing is a new trend of global policing development. The Smart Policing Initiative features the police-researcher partnership. This paper researches on the development and characteristics of police-researcher partnership displayed before and after the establishment of the Smart Policing Initiative. In China, Smart Policing should also pay attention to the establishment of police-researcher partnership, and should adopt measures to achieve it, like combining the regional and overall promotion ideas, encouraging the benign development of police-researcher partnership, and rationally utilizing high-quality academic police personnel.
