种植联合引导骨再生技术用于成年人埋伏尖牙治疗中的效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨种植联合引导骨再生技术用于成年人埋伏尖牙自体再植的临床效果。方法11位成年人患者有埋伏尖牙5例,严重错位尖牙9例。用标准直丝弓矫治器初步整平牙列后,开拓尖牙应在位置的间隙,预备受植牙槽窝,再进行自体牙移植,骨引导再生技术修复骨缺损、稳定移植牙。结果所有患者尖牙均排入正常牙弓,经6~12个月观察,7例为骨性结合,4例为牙周膜结合,有2例出现根尖轻微吸收,但均固位良好,未出现牙齿松动。结论利用种植牙技术预备受植牙槽窝,结合自体牙再植治疗成年人严重错位或埋伏尖牙具有去骨精确、骨损伤小的优点,是一种简单、快速、安全、有效的方法。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of dental implantation techniques combined with guided bone regeneration in adults with replantation of impacted canines. Methods A total of 11 adult patients with 4 deeply impacted canines and 7 serious dislocated canines were included. After leveling dentition with standard straight wire appliances, the space of fangs was open up, and the recipient socket prepared before autodontic transplantation. After transplantation, the guided bone regenerating technique was used for bone defect repairing and stabilizing dental implants. Results All canines were properly aligned in the arch, after 6-12 months of observation, bone healing occurred in 7 cases, periodontal ligament healing occurred in 4 cases. Two cases had mild apical absorption, but the canines were stable, no teeth loose appeared. Conclusion The dental implant surgical technique were valuable in treatment of impacted canines or serious dislocated canine in adult. It had many advantages such as accurate operation, less bone trauma and high success rate. It is a simple, safety, quick and efficient way.
