摘要
介绍了钢铁企业焦炉煤气、高炉煤气及转炉煤气的生产现状,分析了煤气发电设备运行效率低的原因。针对锅炉汽轮现存在的问题,通过投运煤气柜、做计划性的检修操作、增加锅炉自动智能控制系统、完善管理等措施的实施,煤气的压力值和波动范围得到有效控制,锅炉热损失降低,换热量及利用率提高,综合节能效率可提高1.5%以上。
The production status of coke oven gas, blast furnace gas and converter gas in steel enterprises is introduced, and the reasons for low efficiency of gas power generation equipment are analyzed. In view of the existing problems of boiler turbine generator, the pressure and fluctuation range of gas are effectively controlled, the heat loss of boiler is reduced, the heat exchange and utilization rate are improved, and the comprehensive energy-saving efficiency can be increased by more than 1.5% through measures of putting gas cabinet into operation, making planned maintenance, increasing automatic intelligent control system of boiler and improving management.
