摘要
针对传统大型泵站水泵叶片角度调节的不足,提出一种大型水泵叶片角度调节装置监测与控制系统。首先,分析水泵叶片角度调节装置的结构参数;然后,介绍水泵叶片角度调节装置监测与控制系统框图,通过位移/角度监测器实现系统监测,采用PLC编写系统控制功能模块,实现水泵叶片软件控制;最后,通过试运行验证大型水泵叶片角度调节装置监测与控制系统可行性。运行结果表明:水泵叶片在.6°^+6°最大调整状态下,位移标尺指示为+30mm,监测器位移120mm,调整后角度显示+6°,实际调整时间240s,满足监测与控制系统要求。
A monitoring and control system for the angle adjustment of large pump blades in traditional pumping stations is proposed. Firstly, the structural parameters of the pump blade regulator are analyzed. Then, it introduces the frame diagram of the monitoring and control system of the angle adjustment device for pump blades, realizes the system monitoring by the displacement/angle monitor, and uses PLC to write the system control function module to achieve the software control of pump blades. Finally, it verifies the operation of the large pump blade angle regulating system. The operating results showed that the pump blades were satisfied with monitoring and control requirements at the maximum adjustment state of-6°~ +6°, which the displacement ruler indicates that the detector displacement is +30 mm, the angle of adjustment is +6°, and the actual adjustment time is 240 s.
