摘要
采用单质硫与TiO2在一定条件下合成一种新型S/TiO2复合正极材料。利用X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对复合正极材料的结构和形貌进行了分析,并通过循环伏安法、电池充放电测试和交流阻抗测试研究了材料的电化学性能。结果表明:此正极材料表现出比较好的电化学性能,其初始放电比容量达到731 mAh/g,40次循环后放电比容量仍有563 mAh/g。
A new S/TiO2 composite cathode material was synthesized by heating elemental sulfur and titanium dioxide. The crystal structure and surface morphology of the composite anode material was been characterized by XRD and SEM. The electrochemical properties were investigated by cyclic voltammeter, charge-discharge tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests. It was revealed that the cathode material exhibited good electrochemical performance with the initial discharge specific capacity up to 731 mAh/g and a stable capacity approximate 563 mAh/g after 40 cycles.
