摘要
针对目前水电站电缆桥架安装、电缆敷设存在的质量通病,大华桥水电站在建设过程中,归纳和总结了桥架安装、电缆管安装、电缆敷设、二次配线等施工工艺改进和优化方案,以及安装过程中需注意的问题,确保了大华桥水电站桥架安装、电缆敷设排列整齐、整体美观。该电站电缆桥架安装和电缆敷设的成功能够为其他电站达标投产和创优提供了很好的借鉴作用。
In view of the common quality problems existing in cable bridge installation and cable laying of hydropower stations at present, the problems that need to be improved in the construction of bridge installation, cable pipe installation, cable laying and secondary wiring, as well as the problems needing attention in installation process during the construction of Dahuaqiao Hydropower Station are summarized and optimized. The optimization ensures that the cable bridge installation and cable laying process of Dahuaqiao Hydropower Station are neatly and beautifully arranged. The success of cable bridge installation and cable laying in this power station also provides a good reference for other power stations.
