摘要
中国水利水电建设工程咨询西北有限公司作为黄登水电站大坝主体施工监理合同的单位,针对云南澜沧江水电有限公司提出的“创国家优质工程金奖”的质量目标,始终贯彻标准化、精细化、规范化的质量管理理念,在大坝工程质量管理过程中,监理中心制定了一系列的质量控制方法和措施,有效提升了工程质量水平。
China Hydro Consulting Engineering Corporation Northwest Branch is responsible for the construction supervision of dam construction of Huangdeng Hydropower Station. In view of the quality goal of “Creating national quality engineering gold award” proposed by Huaneng Lancang River Hydropower Co ., Ltd ., the supervision center has developed a series of quality control methods and measures, and to the construction quality of dam project is effectively improved based on the quality management concepts of standardization, refinement and normalization.
