摘要
本文通过频率分析和统计计算辽宁省53个气象站在1962—2013年的降水资料,探讨了辽宁省降水枯丰变化趋势和时空分布特征,并揭示了夏季典型旱涝年降水周期和多年平均降水变化规律。一方面为区域防洪抗旱提供历史数据资料及今后情况预测,为有效采用预防措施提供数据基础;另一方面也可为区域海绵规划设计提供面雨量层面的基础数据,为合理设置海绵设施提供详实、可靠的信息依据。
Based on frequency analysis and statistical calculation of precipitation data of 53 meteorological stations in Liaoning Province from 1962 to 2013,this paper discusses the variation trend and spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of dry and abundant precipitation in Liaoning Province,and reveals the variation laws of precipitation period and multi-year average precipitation in typical drought and flood durationin summer.On the one hand,it provides diachronic data and future situation prediction for regional flood control and drought resistance,and provides data basis for effective adoption of preventive measures.On the other hand,it can also provide basic data of rainfall level in flour for regional sponge planning and design,and provide detailed and reliable information basis for reasonable setting of sponge facilities.
