三维电极-紫外光法降解碱性品绿的电极研究

摘要 采用三维电极-紫外光氧化法处理含有碱性品绿的废水,考察了极板材料和电极材料粒径对降解效果的影响。结果表明:特定条件下,石墨板-钛板的电极组合性能稳定,对碱性品绿的脱色效果和COD的去除效果明显优于其他电极材料;同时向反应器中投加25g/L炭径为3mm的柱状活性炭,处理效果最好,碱性品绿的脱色率为98.77%。 In a self-made chemical reactor,the three-dimensional electrode-UV oxidation method was used to treat the wastewater containing the Magentagreencrystals. On the tests,the effects of different plate materials and electrode material with different particle sizes were investigated. The results showed that the performance of the combined graphite-titanium plate electrode reaction was stable under certain conditions,and the decolorization effect of the Magentagreencrystals and COD removal effect was obviously superior to other electrode materials. When 25 g/L columnar activated carbon of 3 mm diameter to add to the reactor,the decolorization rate of the Magentagreencrystals was 98.77%,and the treatment effect was the best.
