结合结构模型与LMGP软件包强化原子散射因子的教学

摘要 原子散射因子是构成晶体学以及X射线衍射学等学科的基础内容之一,其在X射线衍射分析学的教学中起到承上启下的作用,是引出结构因子以及系统性消光等重要衍射学理论的基础性内容,针对其教学难度的把握和教学内容的覆盖面将直接决定了学生对于后期X射线衍射强度内容的理解。为了强化教学效果,增强学生对于这个知识点的理解力,我们在相关的教学环节中在合理设计并解释相应的结构模型的基础上,结合了LMGP软件包中的特定程序用于教学,使学生在学到了基础知识的同时强化了对于结晶学专用程序的理解,收到了良好的教学效果。 Atomic scattering factor represent one of the fundamental contents for subjects such as crystallography and X-ray diffraction,etc.It plays the role of the connecting link in the teaching process of X-ray diffraction analysis,which constitutes the basic contents for the derivation of in-depth knowledge of important diffraction theories such as structural factors and systematic extinction,etc;and for students on learning,their understandings for the later contents,such as the intensities of X-ray diffraction,depends on the grasp of degree of difficulties and the scope of this teaching contents.For the enhancement of teaching effects and comprehension for this knowledge point with the students,a reasonable structural model was designed and explained,and with the combination of special program in LMGP software package,proper teaching process had been conducted.From such teaching process enhanced comprehension of programs specialized for crystallography have been archived for our students,along with the grasp of the fundamental analytic knowledge demanded for our students then excellent teaching effects have been obtained.
