摘要
教学测评是教学质量管理的重要环节,计科系在教学测评中积极进行改革探索,采用PHP+Mysql+Apache的B/S开发体系,开发出了学生评教系统。通过学生评教系统,对学生评教数据进行了方差分析,让系部教学管理人员掌握教师的教学情况,对教师进行教学监控。学生评教系统的初步使用,达到了教学质量评价和教学质量监督的精细化、动态化、办公自动化。同时对学生评教系统的结果进行了数据分析,提出了评教系统组织难度大、被评价者的自觉整改的持续性等问题。
Teaching evaluation is an important part of teaching quality management.The department of computer science and technology actively carries out reform and exploration in teaching evaluation.It develops a student evaluation system by using the B/S development mode of PHP+Mysql+Apache.Through the student evaluation system,the variance analysis of the student evaluation data is carried out,so that the teaching management staff of the department can grasp the teaching situation of teachers and monitor the teaching of teachers.The preliminary use of student evaluation system has achieved the refinement,dynamic and office automation of teaching quality evaluation and teaching quality supervision.At the same time,the results of the student evaluation system are analyzed.Some problems such as the difficulty of organizing the evaluation system and the continuity of the conscious rectification of the evaluates are put forward.
