摘要
WTO争端解决机制原本是封闭的,非政府组织作为法庭之友参与WTO争端解决,为WTO争端解决提供了外部力量。学界关于法庭之友介入WTO纠纷解决存在不同观点,我国应当采取措施,主动应对法庭之友制度。
Dispute settlement system in WTO is closed at present,however non-governmental organisations acting as amicus curiae have exerted influence on the dispute settlement.Regarding the intervention of non-governmental organisations,scholars hold different views about it.From the angle of the government of China,responding to the trend of involving NGOs in a positive way should be proper and wise.
