摘要
水泥浆液中掺加膨润土,有利于改善注浆时出现浆液回浓快、吃水不吃浆等问题.其性能的改善受控于膨润土掺量和水固比,而析水率、流动度、终凝时间是评价浆液注浆性能优劣的主要指标点.因此,进行了膨润土掺量和水固比对水泥-膨润土浆液析水率、流动度、终凝时间的影响性分析.得到如下结论:不同膨润土掺量的浆液流动度均随水固比增加而增加,相同水固比对应浆液流动度随膨润土掺量增加而降低;膨润土抑制水析出的效果,在水固比达到一定值后开始下降;不同水固比下的终凝时间,随着膨润土掺量的增加,其终凝时间是先增加后下降的.
Adding bentonite to cement slurry helps improve the fluidity and stability of cement slurry.Its performance improvement is determined by bentonite content and water-solid ratio.While bleeding rate,fluidity and final setting time are the key indicators in performance evaluating.This paper mainly studies the impact of bentonite content and water-solid ratio on the bleeding rate,fluidity and final setting time of cement-bentonite slurry.The study results show the increase of water-solid ratio,the fluidity of samples increased monotonically with the same bentonite content;but the fluidity of samples decreased monotonically with the increase of bentonite content.And the effect of bentonite content against slurry water rate increased with the increase of water-solid ratio firstly then decreased gradually.Under different water cement ratios,final setting time with the increase of dosage of bentonite,its final setting time increases first and then decreases.
