摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合研究活血化瘀法治疗慢性肺病的临床效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年2月我院收治的慢性肺病患者88例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规的西医进行治疗,研究组对照组的基础上应用活血化瘀法进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗效果优于对照组,研究组患者的全血黏度、血浆比黏度、血细胞比容均低于对照组。结论:慢性肺病治疗的过程当中,中西医结合研究活血化瘀法治疗的效果更好,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine Huoxue Huayu therapy in the treatment of chronic pulmonary disease.Methods:88 patients with chronic lung disease admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated by integrated Chinese and western medicine Huoxue Huayu therapy.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group.The total blood viscosity,plasma specific viscosity and blood cell volume of the study group were all lower than those of the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic lung disease,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was more effective,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
