摘要
目的:用Meta分析的方法对国内外已公开发表的有关中医药联合西医常规疗法治疗有机磷中毒疗效的研究进行系统评价,期待为临床治疗有机磷中毒选择方案提供参考依据。方法:收集已公开发表的有关中医药联合西医常规疗法治疗有机磷中毒疗效的临床随机对照试验,按Meta分析的要求对检索到的原始研究进行质量评估,采用RevMan5.3对符合条件的研究进行Meta分析,评估中医药联合西医常规疗法对有机磷中毒的疗效。结果:符合纳入标准的文献24篇,总样本量1667例,中西医联合治疗与单纯西医治疗相比临床有效率提高[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.14,1.25),P<0.00001],死亡率下降[RR=0.41,95%CI(0.27,0.62),P<0.0001],患者苏醒时间缩短[MD=-6.28,95%CI(-9.57,-2.68),P=0.0002],胆碱酯酶恢复速度加快[MD=-6.16,95%CI(-8.21,-4.10),P<0.00001]。结论:中医药联合西医常规疗法治疗有机磷中毒能够提高治疗成功率,优于单纯西医常规治疗。
Objective:To evaluate efficacy of the integrative medicine on organophosphorus poisoning by Meta analysis,in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods:Relevant literature was collected and evaluated based on the requirements of the Meta analysis. Eligible studies were Meta analyzed by RevMan 5.3.The efficacy of the integrative medicine on organophosphorus poisoning was evaluated. Results:In 24 articles met the inclusion criteria,1667 cases were found.Compared with simple western medicine treatment,the integrative medicine was more effective [RR=1.20,95% CI (1.14,1.25),P<0.000 01],the mortality rate was lower [RR=0.41,95% CI (0.27,0.62),P<0.000 1], the patient’s wake-up time is shorter [MD=-6.28,95% CI (-9.57,-2.68),P=0.000 2],and cholinesterase recovery is faster [MD=-6.16,95%) CI (-8.21,-4.10),P<0.000 01].Conclusion:The integrative medicine on organophosphorus poisoning showed a good effect.
