摘要
目的:观察中药联合来氟米特和甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)的疗效和不良反应。方法:90例患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服中药,联合来氟米特20mg,每日1次,甲氨蝶呤7.5mg,每周1次;对照组来氟米特20mg,每日1次,甲氨蝶呤7.5mg,每周1次。观察治疗3个月后的临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组显效21例(47%),有效22例(49%),改善2例(4%);对照组显效18例(40%),有效23例(51%),改善4例(9%),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应治疗组6例(13%);对照组18例(40%)。结论:中药联合来氟米特和甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效佳,不良反应少。
Objective: To study effects of TCM medicine with Lefllunomide plus Methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis on rheumatoid arthritis and adverse reactions. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 45 case in each. The control group took Lefllunomide plus Methotrexate. The study group was given TCM medicine. Results: In the study group, 21 cases was effective, accounting for 47%. 22 cases were a little effective, for 49%. 2 cases were improved, for 4%. In the control group, 18 cases was effective, accounting for 40%. 23 cases were a little effective, for 51%. 4 cases were improved, for 9%. 6 cases suffered from side effects in the study group, while 18 cases suffered from in the control group. Conclusion: TCM medicine with Lefllunomide plus Methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis on rheumatoid arthritis was effective, with fewer complications.
