摘要
“两山论”的发展理念具有丰富的理论内涵。“两山论”的根本目的是实现人与自然和谐共生;根本遵循是坚持“两山论”的理念;合理内核是经济生态化和生态经济化;突破口是实现山水林田湖草的系统治理;重要保障是完善保护机制和责任机制。正确把握“两山论”的科学内涵并有效落实需要解决的关键问题是有效转变思想观念并正确把握“度”。“两山论”从生态文明建设、以人民为中心的政治立场、人类命运共同体的发展方面彰显了其深刻的理论和实践价值,丰富和发展了马克思主义生态辩证法以及生态经济学,为我国实现可持续发展指明了方向。
The development concept of “two mountains theory” has rich theoretical connotation. The fundamental purpose of the “two mountains theory” is to realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature;the fundamental adherence is to adhere to the “two mountains theory” concept;the rational core is economic ecologicalization and ecological economization;the breakthrough is to realize the system governance of landscape forest lake grass;The important guarantee is to improve the protection mechanism and responsibility mechanism. Correctly grasping the scientific connotation of “two mountains theory” and effectively implementing the key issues that need to be solved is to effectively change ideas and concepts and correctly grasp “degree”. The “Two-Mountain Theory” has demonstrated its profound theoretical and practical value from the construction of ecological civilization, the political position centered on the people, and the development of the community of human destiny. It has enriched and developed the Marxist ecological dialectics and ecological economics. Sustainable development points the way.
