锚机辅助船舶纵向滑道下水工艺探讨

摘要 船舶经纵向滑道船台下水时,若不采取制动措施,船舶可能会飘移到长江主航道,进而发生碰撞事故。为此,在船舶入水全浮后,应及时采取止动措施让船舶尽快停止,以减少对长江水面航道的影响。阐述锚机辅助船舶下水过程的关键所在,并对下水制动过程进行了总结。从船舶实际下水过程的数据反馈来看,该锚机辅助船舶纵向滑道下水的工艺及措施可有效提高船舶下水的安全性。这对长江流域的船厂而言,具有很好的借鉴及指导意义。 During a vessel’s launching from longitudinal slipway,without brake measures,the vessel will float to Yangzi River main route and may cause crashing accident.When the vessel is all floated,shipyard should take brake measures to stop it quickly to reduce infection to Yangzi River main route.The key process at ship’s launching with windlass is explained and the stopping process is summarized.According to the actual launching data,a vessel’s launching from longitudinal slipway with windlass’s aid is a good way to improve safety.It has good reference and guiding significance for the shipyards in the main route of Yangzi River.
