摘要
目的 探讨依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法 选取郑州市金水区总医院2014-10—2016-07收治的93例缺血性脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组46例予以奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组47例给予奥扎格雷钠+依达拉奉治疗,观察比较2组神经功能缺损(SSS)评分及临床治疗效果,并统计2组不良反应发生情况及生活质量(SSQOL)评分。结果 用药1个月后观察组SSS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为89.36%(42/47),高于对照组71.74%(33/46),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.64%(5/47),对照组为6.52%(3/46),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组SS-QOL评分比较,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效显著,安全性高,可促进患者神经功能恢复,改善其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of edaravone combined with ozagrel sodium on neurological recovery and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 93 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the General Hospital of Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City from October 2014 to 2016 07 were enrolled according to the random number table.46 patients in the control group were treated with sodium ozagrel,and 47 patients in the observation group were given Sagrelide sodium + edaravone treatment,observation and comparison of two groups of neurological deficit (SSS) score and clinical treatment effect,and statistics of the incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life (SS QOL) scores. Results After 1 month of treatment,the SSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.36%(42/47),which was higher than that of the control group (71.74%).46),the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.64%(5/47) in the observation group and 6.52%(3/46) in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05).The SS QOL scores of the 2 groups were higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of ischemic stroke is effective and safe,which can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life of patients.
