摘要
个性化推荐算法在网购平台中的运用,一定程度上解决了海量商品信息与用户个性化需求之间的矛盾,并为精准营销带来了可能,但其在运用的过程中也引发了一些伦理问题,如:内容同质化、用户隐私泄露以及“圆形监狱”等。针对个性化推荐算法引发的伦理问题,需要从政府和行业层面重构网购平台个性化推荐算法的伦理。
The application of personalized recommendation algorithm in online shopping platform solves the contradictions between the large amount of commodity information and the personalized needs of users to some extent. However, it also brings some ethical problems while it helps achieve the accurate marketing in the process of application, such as the homogenization of the content, the privacy disclosure and “Round Prison”, etc. Facing these problems, it is necessary to reconstruct the ethics of personalized recommendation algorithms for online shopping platforms from the government and industry levels.
