摘要
目的分析中医针灸用于腰椎间盘突出症治疗的价值。方法选取2016年6月—2018年5月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中医针灸治疗,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和功能障碍指数(ODI)评价2组患者治疗前后的腰椎疼痛及功能活动情况,对比治疗效果。结果观察组治疗优良率为(90.00%),高于对照组的(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者ODI指数和VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的VAS评分和ODI指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效改善患者临床症状,缓解患者腰椎疼痛感,促进腰椎功能恢复,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the value of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion based on traditional Chinese medicine. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and dysfunction index (ODI) were used to evaluate the two groups before and after treatment. Lumbar pain and functional activity were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group (90.00%) was higher than that in the control group (66.67%) with statistical significance (P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in ODI and VAS scores between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the VAS and ODI scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, relieve the pain of lumbar spine, and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
