除雪车集雪螺旋切雪过程有限元模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究除雪车作业时集雪螺旋与雪之间相互作用的规律,预测不同结构参数对集雪螺旋作业效果的影响,优化集雪螺旋的结构设计,改善除雪车的性能,以自主研制的铁路轨道除雪车为研究对象,建立了螺旋—积雪相互作用的三维动态有限元模型。该模型使用任意拉格朗日-欧拉网格自适应划分法,解决了积雪局部变形过大导致单元畸变而使分析中断的问题。通过有限元仿真,得到了螺旋—积雪模型相互作用过程的应力时域曲线和受力时域曲线,并以此分析了螺旋—积雪相互作用的规律。设置了3组不同螺距的切雪模型,以分析螺距改变对螺旋—积雪相互作用规律的影响。研究表明,适当减小螺距有利于螺旋工作状态的平稳,降低对自身结构和动力系统的冲击,增强积雪轴向输送能力,也会略微降低螺旋对冰雪的切削能力。 This study is carried out to explore the law of the interaction between snow collector and snow in the operation of snow-cleaning vehicle,predict the effect of different structural parameters on the operation effect of snow collection,optimize the structure design of snow collection,and improve the performance of the snow-cleaning vehicle.The self-developed railway track snow-cleaning vehicle is used as the research object,and the three-dimensional dynamic finite element model of spiral-snow interaction is established.The model uses arbitrary Lagrange-Euler mesh adaptive partitioning method to solve the problem of the distortion caused by the partial deformation of the snow.Through the finite element simulation,the stress-time domain curve and stress-time domain curve of the interaction process of the snow collector-snow model are obtained,and the regularity of the interaction between spiral and snow is analyzed.Three groups of different pitch cutting snow model are set to analyze the effect of pitch changes on the interaction law of spiral-snow.The results show that decrease of the pitch is beneficial to smooth the working state of spiral,reduce the impact to its structure and dynamical system,and strengthen the snow axial transport capacity,as well as slightly reduce the spiral cutting ability of ice and snow.
