摘要
目的:对比分析双钢板垂直放置和平行放置固定治疗肱骨远端髁间骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择106例肱骨远端髁间骨折患者,随机分为两组,平行放置组采用双钢板平行放置固定治疗,垂直放置组采用双钢板垂直放置固定治疗。结果:垂直放置组的优良率与平行放置组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后的前壁旋转活动度以及肘关节屈伸活动度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组固定松动、感染、骨不连以及关节僵硬等并发症的发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双钢板垂直放置和平行放置固定治疗肱骨远端髁间骨折的临床疗效和安全性相当。
Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of vertical and parallel placement of double plates in the treatment of distal intercondylar fracture of humerus. Methods:106 cases of patients with distal intercondylar fracture of humerus from January 2016 to January 2019 in the Department of orthopaedics of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups randomly. Parallel placement group was treated with parallel placement of double plates, and vertical placement group was treated with vertical placement of double plates.Results :There was no significant difference in the excellent rate between the vertical placement group and the parallel placement group ( P >0.05);there was no significant difference in the anterior wall rotation activity and elbow flexion and extension activity between the two groups after treatment ( P >0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications such as fixation loosening, infection, nonunion and joint stiffness between the two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of distal humeral intercondylar fracture with vertical and parallel placement of double plates are comparable.
