摘要
我国的科技创新实力不断增强,科技服务业更趋向于多元化发展。传统仅依靠政府作为科技服务业的唯一支撑点已经不再适用,人们呼吁有更多的主体参与到科研服务当中去。科研创新治理作为一种新的治理模式,其为科技服务业提供了更多的治理手段,是今后我国进行科技服务业发展的重要治理模式。对科技创新治理模式下的我国科技服务业做了简述,分析了其种类以及发展态势,并指出了其未来的发展方向,就如何优化其发展,提出了相关建议。
With the development of the times, the strength of science and technology innovation in our country has been continuously strengthened, which has also led to the more diversified development of the science and technology service industry in our country. It has been proposed that more times require more, and the traditional reliance on the government as the only support point for the science and technology service industry is no longer applicable. There are calls for more subjects to be involved in scientific research services. As a new governance model, scientific research innovation governance provides more governance means for science and technology service industry, and is an important governance model for the development of science and technology service industry in China. This paper gives a brief overview of China’s science and technology service industry under the governance model of science and technology innovation, analyzes its types and development trends, points out its future development direction, and finally provides some policy suggestions on how to optimize its development. Hope to provide relevant personnel with some reference advice.
