摘要 文章以中学食堂为研究对象进行实证研究,构建学生满意度评价指标体系,提出并建立基于AHP法和指标隶属度矩阵的学生满意度评价数学模型,采用SPSSStatistics软件和Excel软件对问卷调查结果的信度与效度进行了分析,并对数学模型进行了参数计算和统计分析,进而对学生食堂服务质量进行综合测评,据此制定改善食堂餐饮服务的措施和对策,为师生提供更为优质的餐饮服务。 Taking high school canteen as the research object in this paper, the evaluation criteria architecture of student satisfaction was constructed. A mathematical model for evaluating student satisfaction based on AHP method and index membership matrix was proposed and established. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey were analyzed by SPSS Statistics software. Excel software was also used to calculate and analyze the parameters and results of the mathematical model. Then, the comprehensive evaluation of the service quality of the student canteen was conducted. The corresponding measures were put forward to improve the management of canteen so as to provide better catering service for teachers and students.
