摘要
目的观察祛湿疗肝法联合刺络泻血疗法治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床效果。方法将68例确诊为非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。2组均给予饮食指导、运动指导、心理健康指导,在此基础上,对照组给予刺络泻血疗法治疗(取足三里、阴陵泉,委阳、阳陵泉,丰隆、曲泉3组穴位,每次取双侧1组穴位治疗,每3周1次),观察组给予刺络泻血疗法及疏肝清热祛湿中药加减治疗,2组均治疗12周。观察2组患者治疗前后脂肪肝B超分度和血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)变化,统计2组临床疗效和中医证候疗效。结果2组患者治疗后血清TC、TG水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组患者治疗后脂肪肝B超分度均明显改善(P均<0.05),但2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组中医证候总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但2组临床总疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论祛湿疗肝法联合刺络泻血疗法治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病对患者中医证候及血脂的控制效果明显优于单独刺络泻血疗法,值得推广应用。
Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of therapy for removing dampness and treating liver combined with blood-letting on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NFLD).Methods 68 patients with NFLD were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group.The two groups were given diet guidance, exercise guidance, and mental health guidance.Additionally, the control group was given the treatment of blood-letting (3 groups of points were selected: Zusanli-Yinlingquan, Weiyang-Yanglingquan, Fenglong-Ququan, a groups of points on both side were used every time, once every 3 weeks).The observation group was treated with therapy for removing dampness and treating liver combined with blood-letting.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The changes of classification of NFLD and the levels of serum TC and TG were observed before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The levels of serum TC and TG were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment( P <0.05), and the indexes in the observation group were lower than the control group ( P <0.05).The classification of NFLD in the two groups was improved in the two groups( P <0.05), but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant ( P >0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the total clinical efficacy between the two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of therapy for removing dampness and treating liver combined with blood-letting is significantly better than that of blood-letting alone, it is worthy of popularization and application.
