摘要
本文介绍了含氟聚合物中氟元素的引入方式,包括含氟单体聚合、含氟聚合物共混、含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物核壳聚合、与环氧基团反应、含氟丙烯酸酯接枝共聚以及采用含氟表面活性剂等方式。不同方式制得的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物具有不同的使用特性,应用前景广阔。同时,含氟聚合物的环境影响也日益受到关注,在制备与使用工艺上必须减少其对环境的任何可能的不良影响。
In this paper, the introdutions of fluroine to fluoropolymer were as follows: fluorinated monomer polymerization, fluoropolymer commixture, fluorine-contained core-shell polymerization, reacting with epoxy group, fluorine-contained graft copolymerization, and using fluorinated surfactant. The fluorinated acrylate polymer from different methods have different operational performances, possessing wide application prospects. Meanwhile, there is growing concern for environmental impacts from the fluoropolymer. Therefore, any possible adverse effects on the environment in preparation and application process must be reduced.
