高校体育名师工作室创建与发展研究

摘要 运用文献资料调研、“在场性”分析等方法,解读高校体育名师工作室的基本内涵,认为高校体育名师工作室是带有校本特色的、相对松散的、非行政性质的体育学科共同体,以学科为平台打造团队,以目标为导向组建团队,以任务为驱动提升团队是其创建的三大策略,持续推进团队建设、课程建设、学科建设是其发展的三条路径。提出高校及教育行政部门既要实施监控又要避免干预,名师既要承载荣耀又要勇于担当,团队成员既要分享成果又要乐于承担,共同体既要共享成功又要同处磨砺,工作室既要着眼当下又要放眼前程等基本观点。 This paper interprets the basic connotations of excellent college P.E. teacher's studio from the perspective of presence, main findings. College P.E. teacher's studio is a relatively loose and non-administrative P.E. disciplinary community bearing campus-oriented characteristics,whose three founding strategies are building the team with discipline as a platform, gathering the team with aim as the orientation, and improving the team with task as a driving force, and whose three developing approaches are team construction, curriculum construction and discipline construction. Excellent teachers should be ready to take responsibility while bearing the honor, team members should be willing to undertake tasks while sharing achievements, the whole community should stick together and forge ahead while tasting success, the studio should anticipate the future while being alert to the present and so on.
