摘要
风电资源作为一种清洁能源,近几年得到了大力发展,广西风电资源属Ⅰ类地区,山地风场资源丰富,然而风电场的经济运行受到多种因素的影响与制约。由于环保水保政策日趋收紧,风电电价面临进入市场化交易,对工程投资要求越来越严格。笔者根据广西山地风电场运行特点,重点关注内部管理问题,分析风电运行管理存在的问题并提出对策,为风电企业各级管理决策提供参考。
As a kind of clean energy,wind power resources have been developed vigorously in recent years.Although wind power resources in Guangxi belong to category I region and mountain wind farms are rich in resources,the economic operation of wind farms is affected and restricted by many factors.Due to the tightening of environmental protection and water conservation policies,wind power prices are facing market-oriented transactions,and the requirements for project investment are becoming more and more stringent.According to the operation characteristics of mountain wind farms in Guangxi,the authors focus on the internal management problems,analyse the problems existing in the operation management of wind power and put forward countermeasures to provide reference for management decision-making of wind power enterprises at all levels.
