摘要
选取2000—2015年数据,运用人类发展指数、泰尔指数等方法,计算全国及各省区的人类发展水平,分析其时空变化特征与空间驱动因素。研究表明:2000—2015年中国整体人类发展水平不断提升,经济发展、教育和医疗卫生水平均不断上升,但三者在增速上呈现出明显的非同步性;中国人类发展水平及其增速呈现显著的地域分异特征,东部沿海地区人类发展水平整体高于中西部地区,但后者提升速度明显快于前者;中国人类发展水平的地区差异性不断缩小,区域内部差距逐步成为中国人类发展水平产生差异性的主导因素,对区域内差异贡献度排名依次为东部地区、中部地区、西部地区;依据“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的新发展理念,提出了创新教育体系、协调区域资源配置和发展绿色经济等对策建议。
Base on the data from 2000 to 2015,the level of human development of China and provinces was calculated,the temporal and spatial variation characteristics and spatial driving factors were analyzed by using human development index and Thiel index.The results show that: the overall level of human development in China continues to increase from 2000 to 2015,including economic development,education,and medical and health levels,but these three have shown significant asynchrony in their growth rate.China’s human development level and its growth rate show significant geographical differentiation characteristics;the level of human development in the eastern coastal areas is higher than that in the central and western regions,but the latter is significantly faster than the former.The regional differences in China’s human development level are shrinking,and the regional internal gap has gradually become the dominant factor in the difference of China’s human development level,the ranking of the contribution to regional difference is the eastern region,the central region and the western region.Based on the new development concepts of “Innovation,Coordination,Green,Openness,and Sharing”,proposals for countermeasures such as innovative education systems,coordination of regional resource allocation,and development of green economy are proposed.
