摘要
采用二氯乙氧基氧钒(Vx)为主催化剂,以倍半氯化乙基铝(AQ)为助催化剂,乙烯、丙烯为聚合单体,乙叉降冰片烯(ENB)为第三单体,己烷为聚合溶剂,均相聚合合成高、低门尼黏度乙烯丙烯三元共聚物,采用并联掺混法分别合成高分子质量部分乙丙共聚物和低分子质量部分乙丙共聚物,然后二者按比例进行掺混。高分子质量部分的乙丙共聚物为高乙烯含量、低ENB含量的乙丙共聚物;低分子质量部分的乙丙共聚物为低乙烯含量、高ENB含量的乙丙共聚物,高门尼黏度部分的乙丙共聚物与低门尼黏度部分的乙丙共聚物的重均相对分子质量比为10~15;通过调节高门尼黏度部分的乙丙共聚物与低门尼黏度部分的乙丙共聚物的掺混比例,最终合成的乙丙聚合物与国外产品指标相当。
Using dichloro(ethoxy)oxovanadium(Vx) as the main catalyst,ethylaluminium sesquichloride(AQ) as the co-catalyst,ethylene and propylene as the polymerization monomers,and ethylene norbornene(ENB) as the third monomer,in hexane,the high and low Mooney viscosity ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer were synthesized by homogeneous polymerization.High molecular weight partial ethylene-propylene copolymer and low molecular weight partial ethylene-propylene copolymer were mixed together in proportion.The high molecular weight partial ethylene-propylene copolymer had a high ethylene content and low ENB content.The low molecular weight partial ethylene-propylene copolymer had a low ethylene content and high ENB content.The mass average molecular weight ratio of the high and low Mooney viscosity ethylene-propylene copolymer was 10~15.By adjusting the mixing ratio,the products with better performance were finally synthesized.
