摘要
针对石英加速度计测试数据处理过程项目多、步骤复杂、耗时长、数据易出错、数据利用率低等问题,以实际中测试数据处理过程为基础,结合MYSQL数据库与Python语言,该文设计了一款专门用于测试数据管理与分析的数据系统。此系统对提高生产效率,仪表质量评价,分析评估仪表长期性能具有重要意义。相对于之前人为处理,使用本数据系统之后,数据处理的时间减少了十几倍,而且极大地提高了测试数据的利用率。
For the quartz accelerometer test data processing process,many projects,complex steps,long time,error-prone data,low data utilization,etc.,based on the actual test data processing process,combined with MYSQL database and Python language,designed a data system dedicated to testing data management and analysis.This system is of great significance for improving production efficiency,instrument quality evaluation,and analyzing and evaluating the long-term performance of the instrument.Compared with the previous artificial processing,after using this data system,the data processing time is reduced by a dozen times,and the utilization of test data is greatly improved.
