摘要
罐区是化工生产装置中不可或缺的重要设置,为上下游装置提供连续稳定的供给,在各装置间起到缓冲作用。罐区的管道是连接罐区与其他装置的纽带,其管道布置时既要保证整齐美观、经济合理,又要满足管道支撑要求。本文重点阐述石油化工装置罐区的管道布置原则和管道的设计方式。
Tank area is an indispensable and important setting in chemical production plant,which provides continuous and stable supply for upstream and downstream devices,and plays a buffer role between the devices.The pipeline of the tank area is the link between the tank area and other devices.The pipeline arrangement should not only ensure the neat and beautiful,economical and reasonable,but also meet the requirements of the pipeline support.In this paper,the layout principle of pipeline and the design method of pipeline in tank area of petrochemical plant are expounded emphatically.
