摘要 河南省人工影响天气(以下简称人影)一体化智能业务系统是在河南人影综合分析和指挥系统(CPAS_HN)的基础上,利用云平台、大数据等技术开发的具有河南特色的人影一体化智能业务系统。根据人影五段实时业务要求,该系统完善了数据采集存储模块、作业条件潜力预报模块、作业条件预警模块和飞机作业跟踪指挥模块,增加了作业过程和作业计划模块和人工防雹系统应用集成及作业效果分析评估功能;升级了地面作业信息管理和作业站点信息管理两个模块;实现了省级人影产品共享发布功能;并通过3G/4G等多种通讯方式,实现了省、市、县人影指挥中心与作业点外场人员之间的信息快速传递。该系统包括8个分系统:人影综合处理分析和指挥系统(CPAS_HN)、产品共享发布系统、综合业务信息管理系统、手机APP系统、地面作业空域申报系统、高炮/火箭安全射界图设计系统、数据产品和业务系统监控系统、作业效果分析评估系统,并与河南省人工防雹系统和人影作业装备弹药物联网管理系统无缝连接,大幅度提升了全省人影作业装备弹药作业指挥的效率与作业实施的及时性和安全性。 The Henan weather modification integration intelligent operational system with Henan characteristic was developed by cloud platform and large data technology, based on weather modification comprehensive analysis and command system (CPAS_HN). According to weather modification requirements of five segment real-time service, this system perfects data acquisition storage module, operation conditions potential prediction module, operation conditions warning module and aircraft operation tracking command module, increases operation process and operation plan module, artificial control hail system application integration, operation evaluation function, upgrades ground operation information management and operation station information management. The system realizes provincial weather modification product sharing publishing function, realizes the information delivers quickly between province, city and county weather modification command center and station operation personnel by various communication methods such as 3G/4G. The system includes 8 subsystem: comprehensive processing analysis and commanding system(CPAS), product sharing and publishing system, general information management system, mobile phone APP system, ground operation spatial domain declaration system, antiaircraft/rocket safety field of fire graph design system, data product and services monitoring system, operation effect analysis and evaluation system. The system has a seamless connection between artificial hail suppression system and weather modification IOT management system, while it greatly increases the whole province weather modification operation command efficiency and operation implementation in time and safety.
