摘要
目的分析风险管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2016年1月-2018年10月急诊科收治的80例患者为对象进行研究,将其随机分为两组,各40例。给予对照组一般护理管理,在此基础上给予观察组风险管理。比较两组护理风险事件发生率、护理质量评分以及患者满意度。结果在护理风险事件上,观察组护理投诉、差错、缺陷等发生率较对照组均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=19.531 3,P=0.000)。在护理质量评分上,观察组风险评估、应急处置、纠纷规避、病历书写、护理操作、基础护理等评分较对照组均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.264 5、2.444 1、4.964 2、3.251 8、2.245 1、3.049 7,P=0.000、0.020、0.000、0.002、0.031、0.004)。在患者满意度上,观察组为95.0%,较对照组82.5%明显较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.824 7,P=0.005)。结论风险管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用效果非常显著,即可有效减少各种护理风险,还可提升护理质量以及患者满意度,因此值得临床应用推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of risk management in emergency department nursing management.Methods Eighty patients admitted to the emergency department from January 2016 to October 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases each. The general nursing management of the control group was given, and the risk management of the observation group was given on this basis. The incidence of nursing risk events, nursing quality scores, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the nursing risk incident, the incidence of nursing complaints, errors, and defects in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=19.531 3,P=0.000). In the nursing quality score, the scores of the observation group’s risk assessment, emergency response, dispute avoidance, medical record writing, nursing operation, and basic nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.264 5、2.444 1、4.964 2、3.251 8、2.245 1、3.049 7,P=0.000、0.020、0.000、0.002、0.031、0.004). In terms of patient satisfaction, the observation group was 95.0% higher than the control group 82.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.824 7,P=0.005). Conclusion The application of risk management in emergency department nursing management is very significant, which can effectively reduce various nursing risks, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, so it is worthy of clinical application.
