摘要
轴承是保障高速动车组运行安全的关键零部件,其工作状态直接影响列车的安全运行,本文设计一款轴温监测系统应用于中国标准动车组上,在分析轴温监测系统装置的功能需求的基础上,采用模块化的设计方案,给出了设计思路。设计出的轴温监测系统能够实时监测轴承温度变化情况,对于判断轴承运行状况,采取针对性的防护、处理措施,保障列车运行安全,具有重要的现实意义。
Bearings are the key components to ensure the safety of high-speed EMU. Their working status directly affects the safe operation of trains. This paper designs a shaft temperature monitoring system for use on Chinese standard EMU, analyzes the shaft temperature monitoring system. Based on the functional requirements, a modular design is given and the design ideas are given. The designed shaft temperature monitoring system can monitor the bearing temperature change in real time. It is of great significance to judge the bearing running condition and take targeted protection and treatment measures to ensure the safe operation of the train.
