摘要 为了深化工程教育改革,推进新工科的专业建设与发展,文章针对电子科学与技术专业建设的新要求作了一些有益的探索与研究,确立了电子科学与技术专业建设的总体思路,明确了专业建设以成果为导向的教育理念。提出了数理统计为基础的教学过程监控模型,对教学过程的质量评价信息进行统计控制,研究了教学质量评价体系的PDCA循环模型,作为持续改进的管理工具。使教学过程的质量评价有严格的理论和数学基础,保证了专业工程教育持续稳定发展。 In order to deepen the reform in the engineering education, and promote the development and construction in the new engineering majors, we have conducted promising explorations and researches targeting the new requirements for the fields of electronics science and technology, then established the general plans for the further developments in these fields, and also formulated the education concept of professional construction with results-oriented education.Furthermore, we have proposed the mathematical process-based teaching monitoring model, and the quality evaluation information of the teaching process is statistically controlled.The PDCA cycle model of the teaching quality evaluation system is studied as a management tool for continuous improvement.All of the above methods provide strict theory and mathematical foundation for evaluating the qualities of teaching activities, and guarantee the continuous and steady development of education in the fields of electronics and related majors.
