降低500kA铝电解槽炭阳极消耗的生产实践

摘要 炭素阳极和氧化铝一样,作为铝电解工业生产的基本原材料之一。降低炭耗也是降低电解铝生产成本的主要途径之一。当电流效率为94%理论计算炭耗为354 kg/t-Al,而实际生产中,预焙槽的实际炭耗量远大于理论炭耗量,两者之间的差值约在100 kg/t-Al左右。减少空气氧化烧损和阳极掉渣,提高阳极质量和操作水平,设置恰如其分的换极周期,合适的电流密度,采用低温、低效应系数、低过热度电解工艺,可以有效降低炭素阳极消耗. Carbon anode, like alumina, is one of the basic materials for the industrial production of aluminium electrolysis. Reducing carbon consumption is also one of the main ways to reduce the production cost of electrolytic aluminium. When the current efficiency is 94%, the theoretical carbon consumption is 354 kg/t-Al, but in actual production, the actual carbon consumption of the prebaked cell is much larger than the theoretical carbon consumption, the difference between the two is about 100 kg/t-Al. The consumption of carbon anode can be effectively reduced by reducing air oxidation burnout and slag drop, improving the quality and operation level of the anode, setting proper cycle of changing the anode, appropriate current density, adopting low temperature, low coefficient of effect and low superheat electrolysis process.
