深厚软土中螺纹灌注桩成桩设备改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 螺纹灌注桩在硬土地区工程中虽有一定应用,但由于软土地区土性较差无法实现同步旋拧沉入钻杆与旋退上拔钻杆,无法解决在超静孔隙水压力作用下门盖极易损坏等问题,影响了螺纹灌注桩在深厚软土中的应用。结合深厚软土的地质条件,分析软土中螺纹灌注桩成桩的难点,设计强迫同步钻进装置和带齿形接合子钻头等桩机关键部件,有助于压灌混凝土搅拌密实,且实用性和可操作性强,可有效保证成桩质量,为类似工程提供借鉴。 Threaded cast-in-place piles have been applied for works in the hard soil areas. The soil properties of soft-soil areas are worse and it fails to simultaneously screw submersible drill rods, screw off pull-up drill rods and avoid easy damage of door covers under an excess pore water pressure,so threaded cast-in-place piles are not applied in the deep soft-soils. Combined with the geological conditions of deep soft-soil, the difficulty of forming piles of threaded piles in soft-soil is analyzed.The key components of pile drivers such as forced synchronous drilling device and toothed tongs are designed to help the concrete mixing and compacting of compacted concrete. Strong in sex and operability, can effectively guarantee the quality of piles and provide reference for similar projects.
